Do I need prior courier or medical experience?
No. Most LifelineRunners come from other driving or service jobs — or no driving job at all. Our free training covers everything you need to deliver healthcare items safely and professionally.
How much can I earn?
You're paid for each route you complete, by direct deposit. Your pay rate is set with the courier or pharmacy you drive for, and you set your own availability — so you stay in control of your schedule and income. Training is always free.
How flexible is the schedule?
Very. You set your own weekly availability — there are no mandatory shifts. Take on a few routes around another job or build a full schedule; it's up to you.
What does the background screening involve?
A standard motor vehicle and criminal background check, which is routine for healthcare delivery and protects the patients we serve. Most applicants clear screening without issue.
How long until I can start running routes?
Many drivers complete the application, free training, and screening within a week. As soon as you're cleared, you can go on duty and start receiving routes in your community.
What will I be delivering?
Prescriptions, specialty medications, and healthcare essentials from pharmacies to patients. No restaurant pickups, no convenience runs — just meaningful, healthcare-focused deliveries.
How does the driver app work?
Everything runs from one mobile app. You see only your assigned stops with any special handling notes, tap once to navigate, and capture proof of delivery — a photo or the patient's signature — right at the door. Your earnings and payout status live in the same app, with pay deposited directly to your bank.
Do I have to coordinate with patients myself?
No. The system automatically texts each patient their delivery window and lets them know when you're on the way, so most are already expecting you at the door. If a patient asks for a call before arrival, you'll see a note on that stop — otherwise you just focus on a safe, professional hand-off.
Do I need my own vehicle and insurance?
Yes — a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance are required, along with a smartphone to manage your routes.
